Preorders let you lock in new releases before they reach Malaysia. Here's how they work.
Securing your preorder
To preorder, you pay a 50% deposit at checkout, or you can choose Pay in Full if you'd rather settle everything upfront. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we buy your item from our supplier in Japan and pay them the full amount ourselves.
Your price is locked
The price you see when you pay your deposit is the price you pay, full stop. Pokémon card prices move up and down all the time, but your price stays the same either way:
- If the price goes up after you order, you won't pay a cent more.
- If the price goes down after you order, your locked price still applies and the difference isn't refunded.
When will it arrive?
Each preorder shows an estimated arrival date based on our supplier's schedule. These dates are our best estimate, not a promise, and release schedules in Japan sometimes slip. A late arrival doesn't make a preorder eligible for cancellation or a refund.
Paying the balance
When your item lands, we'll contact you by WhatsApp or email to pay the remaining balance, then ship or prepare it for collection. Please settle the balance within 30 days of our message. If we don't hear from you or receive payment within that time, your deposit is forfeited and the order is cancelled.
Cancellations and refunds
Preorders can't be cancelled or refunded once placed, for any reason, including a delayed arrival. When you preorder, we commit to paying our supplier the full price even though we've only collected half from you, so we can't release that stock back.
In exceptional situations we may agree to a refund at our discretion. If we do, a 3% payment processing fee is deducted from the amount refunded.
If our allocation is cut
Japanese releases are sometimes allocated in smaller quantities than ordered. If our supplier cuts our allocation and we can't supply your item, you'll get a full refund of everything you paid for it, with no fees deducted.
